Siskiyou Law is the law practice of Sarah Vaile, who has been serving the people of southern Oregon as an attorney since 2007, in a variety of capacities from public defender to private law firm attorney. For well over a decade Sarah has focused on estate planning and administration and small business law. Sarah most enjoys helping people through the legal processes that can best protect their families and their assets, from setting up an LLC for a new business, to creating a Revocable Living Trust for a family, to handling a probate after the death of a loved one.

Sarah’s approach to the practice of law is to strive to make complex things simple, and to take the mystery out of the law, which can be so confusing and overwhelming to people. She seeks to explain things clearly to clients so that they can truly understand what it is they need, and how to get it. It is important to her to be clear and upfront about processes and costs and to be approachable and available for questions. Sarah wants her clients to understand the true value of the services she is providing.

Sarah is married with children, and understands and appreciates firsthand how important it is to make sure your family is adequately protected into the future.
